Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Crimson Dawn tags and labels remain attached and intact.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will notify you once your refund or exchange has been processed.
